This show allows local bands the chance to cover “legendary artists” music. The format is simple, the Embassy has five groups playing a half hour each and with a great stage crew they do a quick change in between each act. Leaving the audience barely enough time to get a beverage and use the restroom between acts!
The line up for the February 19, 2011 event is as follows (in order of appearance); Kill The Rabbit, covers Tom Petty. Wooden Satellites cover The Cure. Urban Legend covers Earth Wind & Fire. Dash Rip Rock covers John Mellencamp. David Todoran and Kenny Taylor cover The Beatles.
The details are as follows, the show is scheduled for Saturday February 19, 2011. Showtime is 7:00pm sharp. Buying a ticket now means you only pay $12.00 each, the week of the show the ticket price is raised to $15.00.
